There is a kind of stillness in perpetual motion. In a running river and in the dance of the planets. A soothing rhythm that connects us to the present and the infinite. There are plenty of notes in this music, but I hope you can tap into the greater flow of it and connect with yourself in the here and now. Perhaps you can breathe along with it in time. Or you could coordinate your movements with it during yoga, a dance, or a walk down your street.
